The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board will accept comments regarding the Final Management Zone Proposals and Final Early Action Plans submitted by the Priority 1 Management Zones listed in the table below for the Nitrate Control Program.
Documents are available to review on the CV-SALTS website and also can be obtained by contacting or visiting the Central Valley Water Board’s office at 11020 Sun Center Drive, #200, Rancho Cordova, California 95670-6114, on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The public comment period runs from 23 September 2022 through 24 October 2022.
