This message is to advise interested parties that the State Water Resources Control Board has revised the Notice of Availability of Revised Draft Initial Biological Goals for Lower San Joaquin River Flow Objectives for Public Review and Comment.
Written comment letters on the Revised Draft Initial Biological Goals report must be received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Thursday, August 11, 2022.
State Water Board staff will also hold a technical workshop on the revised draft initial biological goals to receive input and recommendations on possible revisions and improvements from members, or potential members, of the Stanislaus, Tuolumne, and Merced Working Group and the public. The workshop is scheduled for August 4, 2022, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM and will include both in person and remote participation options.
