The State Water Resources Control Board Administrative Hearings Office will hold a public hearing and pre-hearing conference on the March 24, 2022 Notice of Proposed Revocation of water-right License 881B, held by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
The Notice of Proposed Revocation was issued by the State Water Resources Control Board, Office of the Delta Watermaster.
The pre-hearing conference will be held on July 26, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. and will be held by Zoom teleconference.
The public hearing will begin on December 15, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., continuing on additional days as necessary, and will be held by Zoom teleconference.
