This notice is to inform interested persons that a corrected version of the emergency regulation text for the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta (Delta) watershed proposed for consideration at the July 20, 2022 Board Meeting has been posted. A clean version of the draft regulation text and a redline version showing the most recent changes are available on the Delta Drought webpage.
The corrected draft emergency regulation text includes revisions that were inadvertently omitted from section 876.1, subdivision (d)(8) of the draft regulation text that was released on June 27, 2022.
Written comments on the draft emergency regulation are due this Friday, July 8, 2022, at 12:00 noon. See the notice for more information.
