Please be advised that Aliso Water District filed temporary water right permit application T033279 to appropriate surface water from the Chowchilla Bypass in Madera County. The water would be stored underground and later withdrawn for irrigation use within district boundaries. This is a re-notice of the application. If you submitted objections on the previous notice, you are not required to resubmit as all previous objections will continue to be included as part of the permitting process.
