From the State Water Resources Control Board:
Please be advised that Aliso Water District filed temporary water right permit application T033279 to appropriate up to 10,000 acre feet of surface water from the Chowchilla Bypass in Madera County. The water would be stored underground and later withdrawn for irrigation use within district boundaries.
