NOTICE: Posting of Supplementary Hydrological Modeling Information Related to 2022 Temporary Urgency Change Petition to Modify D-1641

From the State Water Resources Control Board:

The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) requested supplementary modeling information from the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) and United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) in support of the 2022 Temporary Urgency Change Petition (TUCP) submitted by those parties on December 1, 2021.

DWR provided a spreadsheet summarizing the hydrological information used to inform the Biological Review submitted with the TUCP.  This spreadsheet along with other information related to the TUCP has been posted to the State Water Board website at https://www.waterboards.ca.gov/waterrights/water_issues/programs/drought/tucp/index.html.

The State Water Board expects that DWR and Reclamation will provide additional modeling or hydrological information during consideration of the TUCP that will be posted upon receipt.
