From the State Water Resources Control Board:
On November 17, 2021, Sonoma County Water Agency has filed petitions for temporary urgency change for water right Permits 12947A, 12949, 12950, and 16596 (Applications 12919A, 15736, 15737, and 19351). Pursuant to the existing water rights, water is diverted from the Russian River stream system in Mendocino and Sonoma Counties.
