On December 3, 2021, the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity to Respond to Petitions for Reconsideration of Water Quality Certification for Don Pedro Hydroelectric Project and La Grange Hydroelectric Project (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Project Nos. 2299 and 14581) (Notice).
The Notice includes information to access copies of the petitions for reconsideration and associated documents. Any party or person wishing to file a response to the petitions with the State Water Board must do so by 4:00 PM on Friday, January 7, 2022, as directed in the Notice.
