The State Water Resources Control Board invites you to attend a public workshop to learn about the opportunities to reduce the costs of compliance for dischargers subject to Water Boards regulation and oversight.
The workshop will focus on costs of compliance for two regulatory programs, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater permitting and Irrigated Lands. State Water Board staff will present the previous cost of compliance efforts, work being done to evaluate costs of compliance, and examples of streamlining currently implemented. This workshop will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to discuss and brainstorm ways to reduce costs of compliance and discuss next steps.
