CDFW, consistent with its obligation as the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) lead agency, has analyzed and disclosed the environmental effects of the Proposed Project. By this notice, CDFW is announcing the opening of the 30-day comment period (August 11, 2021, to September 10, 2021). All written comments must be received by September 10, 2021, by 5:00 p.m. (end of the 30-day public review period). Documents are available for public review and comment on the CEQA website.
