The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board or Board) has updated its website with a Notice of Proposed Emergency Rulemaking (Notice) for Emergency Actions to Establish Minimum Instream Flow Requirements, Curtailment Authority, and Information Order Authority in the Klamath Watershed and the proposed rulemaking package.

A previous draft of the proposed regulation was released by the Board, via email, on August 6, 2021, as part of Item no. 4, on the Board’s August 17, 2021 Agenda.
