NOTICE: Issuance of Water Quality Certification for 2021 Emergency Drought Salinity Barrier Project

From the State Water Board:

On May 28, 2021, the Executive Director of the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) issued a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification for the Department of Water Resources’ 2021 Emergency Drought Salinity Barrier Project (Project).
