On March 29, 2021, DWR (The Department of Water Resources) and Public Water Agencies negotiators finalized an Agreement in Principle (AIP) for the State Water Project (SWP) Contract Amendment for Delta Conveyance.
NOTICE OF DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY – Meeting Summary, AIP and Facility Allocation Factor Table
The March 29, 2021 Meeting Summary (Document # 151), Final AIP (Document # 152), and Facility Allocation Factor Table (Document # 153) for the State Water Project (SWP) Contract Amendment for Delta Conveyance are posted to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) Box site, here: https://cadwr.app.box.com/s/irusyewojv4nwzmxfznghzmgli9sswcw/.
FUTURE LOCATION OF NEGOTIATION PROCESS DOCUMENTS
The DWR Box site will continue to house all negotiation process documents to date.
The Delta Conveyance Facility Allocation Factor Table, referenced in the Final AIP, will be maintained by DWR and made publicly accessible on DWR’s website after confirmed participation by a Board decision for each State Water Project Contractor.
