Below is a Public Notice regarding State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) staff release of a proposed statewide Suction Dredge Mining General Permit for a 45-day public comment period, a May 28, 2020 staff-level stakeholder workshop, and a June 17, 2020 State Water Board public hearing to receive oral comments on the draft permit.
