From the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Board:
On October 16, 2019, the State Water Resources Control Board approved the CV-SALTS amendments. This was followed by the Office of Administrative Law’s approval on January 15, 2020. The Central Valley Water Board will be mailing out Notices to Comply with the new regulations starting in March 2020.
