The California Wetland Monitoring Workgroup (CWMW) is pleased to announce that a new Technical Bulletin for Using the California Rapid Assessment Method (CRAM) for Project Assessment as an Element of Regulatory, Grant, and Other Management Programs is now available. This technical document updates and expands on the previous technical bulletin, providing information on interpreting scores, CRAM precision, averaging scores, assessing small and large project areas, and comparing scores across sites, among other topics.
The Bulletin was produced by the CWMW and is available for download at the CWMW website (https://mywaterquality.ca.gov/monitoring_council/wetland_workgroup/index.html).
CRAM is a rapid assessment method for monitoring wetlands and streams throughout California. Additional information on CRAM, including training, can be found at the CRAM website (https://www.cramwetlands.org/ ).
