The Water Board and the Napa and Sonoma County Farm Bureaus are co-hosting meetings in November and December to provide information about the General Permit’s farm plan, permit fee, and monitoring requirements that come into effect in the spring and summer of 2020.

The same information will be presented in each meeting. These meetings are open to all interested parties. We strongly recommend that farmers with properties enrolled in the permit attend one of the meetings to learn more about these requirements and resources available to facilitate compliance including:
- a) Farm Bureau coalition groups being established to make compliance with permit fee and monitoring requirements cost effective and straight forward; and
- b) Technical assistance programs to help you prepare a farm plan that complies with the permit.
