The State Water Board will hold the public meeting on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at CalEPA Headquarters Building, Coastal Hearing Room, 1001 I Street, Second Floor Sacramento, CA 95814

At the public meeting at which the State Water Board will consider adopting a resolution approving the Proposed Final Basin Plan Amendments, interested persons will have an opportunity to comment orally on the proposed action. The written comment period has closed, so no written comments will be accepted. To ensure a productive and efficient meeting in which all interested persons have an opportunity to participate, oral comments at the hearing may be time-limited.

There will be no sworn testimony or cross-examination of interested persons, but the State Water Board and its staff may ask clarifying questions. The State Water Board may consider and adopt changes to the Proposed Final Basin Plan Amendments consistent with the general purpose of the amendments.
