From the State Water Resources Control Board:
On Tuesday, April 2, 2019 the State Water Board will hold a public meeting to consider adoption of the Proposed Final Amendments to both the Water Quality Control Plan for Ocean Waters of California, and the forthcoming Water Quality Control Plan for Inland Surface Waters, Enclosed bays, and Estuaries of California to include the State Wetland Definition and Procedures for Discharges of Dredged or Fill Material to Waters of the State, and the Final Staff Report, including the Substitute Environmental Documentation.
Relevant documents have been released for public review and include the following:
