PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITY: Water Rights Enforcement Policy

The State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights is proposing to develop a Water Rights Enforcement Policy.

[Yesterday], the Division launched a Proposed Water Rights Enforcement Policy webpage to help inform the water community and engage stakeholders in development of the Policy.

Water is a precious resource, and its availability and distribution varies from year to year.  In light of increasing demand on our water resources and legislative mandates, the Water Right Enforcement Policy will help ensure water rights enforcement activities are fair and equitable.
