From the State Water Resources Control Board:
State Water Board staff will hold a public staff workshop on February 6, 2019 regarding the Proposed Amendments to the Ocean Plan, and the Water Quality Control Plan for Inland Surface Waters, Enclosed Bays, and Estuaries of California to include a State Wetland Definition and Procedures for Discharges of Dredged or Fill Material to Waters of the State (formerly known as the Wetlands Policy).
