REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: San Francisco Bay Water Quality Improvement Fund FY18 Request for Proposals (RFP) is now OPEN

From the USEPA:

The San Francisco Bay Water Quality Improvement Fund (SFBWQIF) FY 2018 RFP is now open. The RFP is soliciting proposals that will improve water quality and restore wetlands in San Francisco Bay and its watersheds.

The RFP makes available approximately $4 million to support projects in the range of $500,000 to $2,000,000.  Applicants must provide a minimum 50% non-federal match and projects must be within the nine Bay Area counties that drain to San Francisco Bay.

Proposals must be submitted through Grants.gov on or before the proposal submission deadline of December 5, 2018 at 9:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

You will find the RFP on our website and on Grants.gov (see links below):

This year the SFBWQIF RFP cycle is being conducted in parallel with the ~$25 million in grant funds for restoration projects available through the San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority (SFBRA). Funding for projects received from the SFBRA is eligible as match to federal grant dollars.  Please check our website for the date of a free webinar we will hold to provide a detailed review of the RFP and help answer your proposal submittal questions.  Please forward this announcement to any other interested parties.
