From the Delta Conservancy:
The Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy Board has approved the Grant Guidelines for Cycle 4 of the Proposition 1 Ecosystem Restoration and Water Quality Grant Program, and opened the concept proposal solicitation period. Concept proposals must be received electronically by the Conservancy by 5:00 p.m. PST on August 31, 2018.
Applicants are encouraged to consult with the Conservancy before submitting their concept proposal. Contact Conservancy Proposition 1 staff to arrange a meeting. Once a concept proposal has been submitted, Conservancy staff contact all applicants to schedule feedback meetings which will occur in late September or early October. Conservancy staff will only provide status updates between the concept proposal submission date and the feedback meeting.
