NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT on dissolved oxygen and mercury TMDL for Suisun Marsh

Notice of Opportunity to comment on proposed approval of an amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay Basin (Basin Plan) to establish water quality objectives and a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for dissolved oxygen in Suisun Marsh and to amend the San Francisco Bay mercury TMDL to include Suisun Marsh

The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) will accept comments on the proposed approval of the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board’s (San Francisco Bay Water Board’s) amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay Basin to establish water quality objectives and a TMDL for dissolved oxygen in Suisun Marsh and add Suisun Marsh to water bodies being addressed by the San Francisco Bay Mercury TMDL.

The Basin Plan amendment was adopted by the San Francisco Bay Water Board on April 11, 2018 (Resolution No. R2-2018-0015) and is available for review at:
