From the State Water Resources Control Board:
State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) proposes to amend the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Statewide Storm Water Permit for State of California Department of Transportation (the Permit), Order 2012-0011-DWQ. State Water Board will receive public comments on the proposed amendment to the Permit. Documents can be obtained from the State Water Board website Caltrans page at https://www.waterboards.ca.gov/water_issues/programs/stormwater/caltrans.shtml.
Interested persons are encouraged to submit written comments electronically. Written comments must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday, October 30, 2017 and addressed to Jeanine Townsend, Clerk of the Board, State Water Resources Control Board, 1001 I Street, 24th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.
