The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, proposes to reissue Regional General Permit (RGP) 1 for Minimal Impact Activities, East Contra Costa County, California, for an additional five years, effective on or after May 5, 2017. RGP 1 authorizes activities that would cause no more than minimal adverse impacts to the aquatic environment within the Plan Area of the East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan.
