Dear readers,
Maven’s Notebook is on a rare one-day hiatus today. My eldest son graduated from high school Tuesday night, so a celebration is in order. We’ve all gone off to play hookey at Universal Studios – the new Harry Potter ride awaits!
I haven’t had the chance to look at all the day’s news, but the big story likely is The House moves on California water bills, but to what end? Maven’s Notebook will return to regular postings tomorrow (Friday) with a catch-up edition of the Daily Digest.
