The State Water Resources Control Board has posted their pre-hearing conference ruling for the California Water Fix project. The ruling covers issues regarding the timing of the hearing on water rights change petition with respect to other regulatory processes such as the Bay Delta Plan and CEQA/NEPA, questions regarding the upcoming separate water quality proceeding, and other procedural issues.
