Alex Brietler of the Stockton Record reports:
“A Sacramento County judge this afternoon blocked the state from enforcing a curtailment letter sent to a San Joaquin County water district, saying that the letter amounts to a violation of due process.
It’s a complete victory,” said Stockton attorney Steve Herum, who represents several districts that received such notices earlier this spring. … ”
