The State Water Resources Control Board has posted the draft Emergency Water Conservation Regulations and assorted documents.

- Fact sheet for general information on 25% statewide reduction in potable water use
The Board is currently soliciting comment on the updated approach and specific regulatory language in an informal comment period ending on Wednesday, April 22nd. The regulation will be further refined and revisions released on April 28th for public comment. The Board will consider the regulation at its May 5-6 board meeting.
