Yuba County Water Agency has filed a Temporary Urgency Change petition (TUCP) for water right Permit 15026 (Application 5632), proposing to add San Luis Reservoir temporarily as a point of rediversion and storage. This would enable San Luis Delta-Mendota Water Agency members to put 7,400 acre-feet of Yuba Accord water currently stored in San Luis Reservoir to beneficial use in 2014. The State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Water Rights issued an Order on February 14, 2014, approving the TUCP with modifications.
