I am on the road this morning, headed to the Bay Area to attend the State of the Estuary conference. Look for coverage next week here on the Notebook blog.
Even though I’m on the road, there’s some interesting things posts I’m finishing up, including coverage of the Delta Stewardship Council’s briefing on the financing of the BDCP and a panel discussion on the water bond.
