From the State Water Resources Control Board:
The State Water Resources Control Board is postponing consideration of adoption of an order for the SWRCB/OCC Files 2239 (a)-(c): Eastern San Joaquin Agricultural General WDRs Petitions to Wednesday, February 7, 2018, commencing at 10:00 a.m.
State Water Board staff has released proposed revisions to the second staff-proposed order (dated October 10, 2017). The State Water Board will not be accepting written comment on the proposed revisions. Ex parte communications between interested persons and Board members will be allowed, subject to the disclosure requirements of Water Code section 13287, until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. Parties may also address the Board at the adoption meeting, in accordance with the direction in the attached notice.
