State Water Board will consider adoption of Emergency Regulation for SGMA implementation at May 16, 2017 Board Meeting

From the State Water Resources Control Board:

The State Water Board will consider adoption of a proposed Emergency Regulation for State Water Board Implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act at its May 16, 2017 Board meeting. 

The Board meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Coastal Hearing Room (Second Floor) of the Joe Serna Jr. – CalEPA Building located at 1001 I Street in Sacramento.  The meeting will also be webcast https://video.calepa.ca.gov/.

A copy of the proposed emergency regulation agenda item, which includes a draft Board resolution and the proposed emergency regulation text, is available at https://www.waterboards.ca.gov/board_info/agendas/2017/may/051617_8.pdf.
