From the State Water Resources Control Board:
The State Water Board’s Groundwater Management Program recently issued letters to each county regarding the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). The letter is intended as a friendly reminder of the upcoming SGMA deadline for formation of Groundwater Sustainability Agencies.
The letters included the following, which are available on the State Water Board’s website:
